In 11th Five-Year, China''s chemical fiber industry to eliminate backward production capacity of about 3000000 tons. In 12th Five-Year, China''s chemical fiber industry needs to eliminate backward production capacity of 1 million 500 thousand tons. Although only in terms of quantity than in 11th Five-Year has decreased, but the task of structural adjustment and industrial upgrading is still not easy.

  Duan Xiaoping, President of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association at the meeting prompted enterprises concerned about the benefits of recycling economy. For example, he said, the association and the National Center for the development of textile products jointly launched the third party certification of recycled fiber certification. The reason why this work is carried out, because there is a reflection of the enterprise if it can prove that the use of raw materials can be recycled fiber, its products in the market will be able to get a higher price and market acceptance.

  It is reported that the future of energy saving and environmental protection in chemical fiber industry involves five key tasks: one is technology plan technical requirements of cleaner production evaluation and polyester clean production; two is the energy saving and emission reduction technology; three is to promote circular economy in chemical industry by strategic alliance; the four is the carbon footprint certification of chemical fiber industry; five is the energy management contract.

  The meeting also voted to adopt a "China Chemical Fiber Industry Association on the dispute trial standards", "China chemical fiber industry occupation ethics", "Chinese chemical fiber industry line about", "Chinese chemical fiber industry self-discipline regulations", and "suggestions on the establishment of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association branch" of the basalt fiber.
